I got a call just before 9 this morning, and they left a voicemail that honestly sounded like one of those debt collector messages. Problem is, I cleared that debt over six months ago and’ve got the paperwork to prove it. When I tried ringing them back, the company name was so garbled it was impossible to jot down or look up online. I ended up reaching out to CCCS for guidance. If you manage to get through (which I couldn’t, despite paying for several "hold until next agent is free" calls), make sure you ask them to send the details of their call in writing...and definitely don’t share any personal details.

Got a call from 07455691221 with the same message. I tried ringing back but ended up waiting on hold for like 10 minutes and never managed to speak to anyone.

Got a spam text from 07455691221 saying: "Hello! We've tried reaching you and it's urgent we talk today. Please ring 08445715194 with your reference 1******. Cheers." Naturally, I decided not to ring back as they A) never actually tried to get in touch, and B) didn't say who they were at all.
