I got this identical text with the same ref number and contact to call. I was certain it was a scam, so I didn't even ring the number. But what everyone can do is just forward the message to 7726 (which spells out 'spam' on your phone keypad) from any mobile network, and they will look into it. You just have to send the text over and then you’ll receive a reply asking for the number the message came from. Got a message from this number with the same reference mentioned by others here. Proper waste of time, and it's quite harsh doing it like that. For a moment I was genuinely worried about what it could be about, thinking it might be important. Then I got a bit suspicious and looked up the number on the internet. Avoid calling these scammers, they charge around 25p a minute and keep you waiting on hold forever so they can rake in most of the cash. Trust me, it's not worth it!
