Naturally, I decided to ring the mobile number back, but all I got was a robotic reply stating that "07463563779 is unable to take your call at this moment." This strongly suggests to me that it's some sort of automated system firing off messages to random phones, such as my own. I'm certainly not naive enough to dial the 0844 number.

However, I was immediately put on hold with a recording stating that all agents were currently occupied. I couldn’t quite make out the company’s name, so I attempted to call again for clarification, but it’s rather muddled! I've since deleted the text and won’t bother calling again!
