I received a call claiming to be from a banking verification service, requesting that I validate two transactions from my account. They provided me with a couple of options, but I decided against selecting either of them and just stayed quiet on the line until it eventually went silent.

I received a rather peculiar call from this number, claiming to be from Amazon Prime. They were insisting that there’s been some fraudulent activity linked to my account, suggesting that someone in Scotland was trying to purchase a £350 iPhone. I found it amusing, considering I don’t even have an Amazon account!

I received a call from a bloke claiming to be with something called "118 Group." No idea what that is! We haven’t registered with any of their services, so I'm convinced it’s a bunch of scammers. Best to steer clear!

I've been getting weekly calls from this number ever since the New Year began. I only answer calls from those on my approved list, so I have no clue who it could be. Some folks are suggesting it might be 118 attempting to boost subscriptions for their directory services. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!
