Got a call today saying they were from 118 and making sure business info was up to date for stuff like Thomson directory and Directory Enquiries. They just asked info that’s already in the Yellow Pages or online and were really polite about it. Somebody called saying they were from 118 Directories, checking our free listing. With the lockdown still on due to Covid-19, and everything being so tough - with people losing loved ones and businesses really struggling - it’s a bit rich to hear 118 Directories are busy and their workers seem unaffected.
