Honestly, the list is endless but I think you get the point. If they call again, I'm definitely reporting them!

I got a call from someone claiming our loft insulation might cause condensation problems and that we needed a loft inspection. He just kept going on about what he’d do and stuff without me agreeing to anything. I asked him how he even knew we had loft insulation in the first place? He said it was on some kind of register, which sounded dodgy to me. I can't imagine our roofer would be filling out that kind of info. Told him I wasn’t sure this call was legit, and he immediately hung up. Pretty much sums it up, doesn’t it?

Got called twice from this number. The first time, me missus picked up and the bloke asked, "Is there lagging in your loaf?" She just cut him off straight away. Then, about twenty mins later, I took the call. He was saying something about the lagging in my loaf causing damp and that he could sort a free inspection, but first he needed to check if I owned the house. I told him I wasn’t interested in any inspection. He kept pressing, "But the insulation’s bringing in damp, so are you the homeowner or not?" I just ended the call. From what others are mentioning here, sounds like this guy switches up his story, talking about electrics, utilities and even medical stuff. Feels like a tactic to keep you on the line until they can get your bank info or something dodgy like that.
