THIS NUMBER IS A COMPLETE SCAM
I've lost count of the times this pesky caller has rung my private, TPS-registered number - it's been more than 20, all from different variations of 01202. I've managed to track down over 30 different phone numbers that this individual uses, and nearly 400 people have lodged complaints about his antics. Even after reporting him to both Ofcom and TPS, he continues to bombard me with calls.

I've been getting calls from a scammer using loads of different numbers, all starting with 01202. Despite my number being on the TPS register, they've rung me more than 20 times. I've reported it to TPS and Ofcom, but like with the government, nothing seems to be done about it. I've tracked nearly 40 distinct 01202 numbers linked to this and seen loads of complaints, close to 400. Best to block these and consider them a serious risk.

I’ve had my fair share of this nuisance, as they keep calling me from a multitude of different digits. I've managed to track down around 20 distinct numbers, all starting with 01202, and there are well over 300 complaints logged about them. I’ve been reporting this incessant bother to Ofcom, the Telephone Preference Service, and the Information Commissioner's Office, but they seem utterly ineffective. It's reminiscent of Boris in all the wrong ways!

I've been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with 0120214358 and they're definitely using some sort of auto-dialler. Luckily, my scam blocking phone software catches most of these, but I've reported them to Ofcom just in case.

This number has called me at least eight times just today. I answered once and heard someone say “local energy advisor” then I quickly hung up, but since then they seem to be bugging me even more. I’ve actually unplugged my phone, which frustrates me because I pay a hefty line rental every quarter. I’ve tried getting BT to block the number, but it keeps changing slightly over time and I’m worried I’ll run out of my ten allowance for blocking calls. These sorts of calls really ought to be illegal. This has been going on for months now and it’s exhausting.

It’s really quite straightforward-by doing this, we can certainly cut down on those pesky landline calls and potentially remove them altogether. My advice?
