I got a call claiming to be from Lloyds, asking me to take part in a quick bank survey. They just wanted me to give a score out of 10 for my experience at one of their branches. The guy on the phone was really courteous and seemed to know enough about my recent visit to make it sound genuine. No weird questions or pressure at all. Of course, I'm always wary of unexpected calls, but this one seemed like a genuine survey, nothing dodgy going on. Just a simple ratings call, nothing extra.

This number has been ringing me non stop today, like twice in just a few hours, but no message on the answer machine and the call just ends with the line left open. I answered the second time and just stayed silent, but I could hear a lady saying hello hello before she hung up. We're registered with TPS too, yet these calls keep coming through. Quite annoying!

Got a call where the person asked for me by name, but since I was poorly, my missus picked up and asked what it was about. The caller claimed to be from Motive Bank, wanting to do a survey about my own bank experience! Yeah, like that’s true. They said they'd ring back next week. My wife ended the call and blocked the number. Turns out Motive Bank is just a brand of Canadian Western Bank, which I’ve never dealt with. Definitely a dodgy attempt trying to get my bank info.
