Somebody rang, said they were from Santander and warned me about weird payments on my account. Last year, I got a call just like this one. I was waiting for an appointment, so figured I’d mess about with them a bit. I played along for a bit, and they sounded pretty shocked when I told them I didn’t want a replacement card, even though ‘someone might have my info’. They kept saying I’d be responsible for any money lost if I refused a new card. In the end, I told them my partner works in cyber security and we were close to tracing their location if they kept chatting!

The caller didn't give their name and had a really rude tone, using offensive words. I just ended the call straight away.

03457888442 - A bloke named Jason Kirk rang me, saying he was with the NatWest Fraud Dept. Just like others have said, he asked for my date of birth and address to “verify” me. He told me there were payments being taken from my account and that I needed to open a new one straight away. I ended the call and then phoned the number on my bank card myself. Turns out, the real NatWest Fraud team had never contacted me and there was no dodgy activity on my account at all.

I got a call from someone claiming to be with NatWest's fraud department, speaking in quite a nice manner. They told me there was some dodgy activity on my account - a purchase I definitely didn't make. They asked me to verify my name and DOB, even though they clearly already knew it. Something felt off, so I just ended the call. Later, I looked up the number online and ended up on this site!

Scam alert! I received a dodgy call claiming to be from the fraud prevention team at NatWest. They insisted that I needed to read out the PIN code they were supposedly about to send me to 'reactivate' my online banking. What a ridiculous ruse!

I got a call from someone claiming to be with NatWest, telling me there were two suspicious things showing up on my account linked to Manchester. I didn’t share any of my info, only listened to what they had to say. When I checked, NatWest actually confirmed they don’t call customers like that, so it’s pretty clear this was a scam. Watch out, it’s definitely not legit!

Got a call from 03457888442 claiming to be from the NatWest fraud department. What’s odd is their number was nearly identical to NatWest’s official one, just the last digit was different. The scary part was that this person knew a few things about my recent banking activity. As soon as I was on the call, I quickly looked up the number online and found out it was a scam. The caller spoke with a foreign accent too.

I got a call from a private number, then later from 03457888442, with someone saying they were calling from NatWest. They told me that my bank account had been hacked by someone in Scotland. They kept insisting I had to sort it out straight away, warning that if I didn't, the scammer could drain my account and even take out loans or overdrafts in my name. I said I’d just go to the bank in person instead, but they tried to stop me, saying they couldn't protect my account over the phone. I ended up hanging up and called NatWest myself to check, and they confirmed it was just a scam.

I got a call from a person saying they were from NatWest, warning me that my account had been hacked by someone up in Scotland. First, the call showed as private, then the number 03457888442 popped up. When I said I’d visit the branch in person, they panicked and said they couldn’t protect my account themselves and insisted I had to sort it right away or else the scammers would drain my money and even take out loans on my behalf. I ended the call and let NatWest know straight away - they said it was definitely a scam.

like the one mentioned on 5/10/20, someone phoned me pretending to be from natwest’s fraud division. strangely, they seemed to know my exact account balance and mentioned a couple of suspicious charges that had popped up today, saying that was why they were contacting me. they also said they’d be sending a new pin so i could reactivate my online banking. i decided to call natwest myself and they told me straight away it was a scam.
