Got a call from someone saying they were from NatWest’s Fraud Team, said the call was being recorded “for training.” They told me I’d supposedly made two transactions - one with Very for £250 and another from Amazon for £350 - in a different city, saying they knew I didn’t live there. They even knew my full name and started asking for my birthday and bank account info. I checked my banking app right away and there was nothing like that at all, not even pending. Absolute scam, don’t trust them!

Somebody called saying they were from my bank, talking about a card I'd already switched out, and threw in a couple of fake charges for Amazon and Netflix. I quickly checked my banking app on my phone, and there was nothing like those transactions showing up anywhere. Pretty sure they were just trying to trick me.
