This number keeps ringing me incessantly, masquerading as NatWest. It’s quite tiresome!

Got a call from a bloke claiming he was from NatWest, but it was from a No caller ID the day before. Since I put a block on unknown numbers, they’ve switched to ringing me from this new number now. Feels like it's the same person ringing everyone. My story pretty much matches what others have mentioned here. What a pain!

Got a call from 03457888441 on two separate occasions. Didn't pick up as I didn’t recognise the number, so it went straight to voicemail. The first call didn’t leave any message, but the second time there was just weird static. Decided to block it. Done with it now! :)

This was definitely a phishing call pretending to be Nat West. I’ve already informed Action Fraud about it.

I had this bloke ring me up claiming he was from my bank's fraud team, talking about dodgy transactions on my account and some texts from Hermes and a Trojan horse that could hack my email and bank passwords. He kept saying I had to change everything and that he’d cancel my card. He was asking what accounts I had, how much money was in each, if I had any other accounts, all that jazz. I knew right away it was a con, so I just played along, waiting for him to finally ask for my bank details - which of course, I wasn’t gonna give him, so I made stuff up. I mean, if he was legit, he’d already know all that info, wouldn’t he? After about 15 minutes of wasting *his* time, he suddenly said I owed him money! I went quiet to see what he’d say next. Then he goes, “Don’t go quiet on me,” and starts calling me by name, which totally annoyed me. Still, I stayed cool, laughed it off and just hung up. Classic scammer.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from NatWest, insisting there was unusual activity on my account. They informed me that someone from their fraud team would get back to me shortly. However, after reaching out to NatWest myself, it became clear that this was a fraudulent call.

I received a dubious call from someone claiming to represent Barclays Bank, attempting to convince me to shift my savings into a ‘new’ account, citing concerns over suspected fraud on my account. How ironic and suspicious that seems!

So, my mum once got some gloves from this place because she really liked how warm they kept her hands. But now, they started calling me using my personal info, even telling me where I live. They said they’d send £50 for shopping and to expect a letter in the post soon. The woman on the phone was talking super quickly, barely letting me keep up. I had to tell her to slow down and she did for just a few seconds, then suddenly asked me to answer some questions. That’s when I figured it was a scam and just hung up. Honestly, be wary and don’t give these people any info - just hang up straight away.

Got a call claiming to be from Natwest saying they were following up on a dodgy text message about some weird transactions on my account. They wanted me to “protect” it and asked loads of personal stuff like my birthday and how much money I had saved. Definitely felt like they were fishing for my bank info.

I reckon it's one of those bank scams where they want you to send cash to a fake account. Best to let your bank know about it straight away.
