Received a call on my landline, purporting to be from my bank, but they didn't specify which one. They claimed there had been suspicious activity involving my card, with £300 spent on Amazon and £1000 withdrawn. It was a recorded message, which made me uneasy, so I hung up. Naturally, I panicked and checked my account status straight away-thankfully, there were no pending transactions. However, I think I'll get in touch with my bank just to be on the safe side.
