I received a phone call from someone purporting to be from EE. When I asked them to remove my number from their database and assured them I didn't want further contact, their response was bizarre. They insisted they had some sort of connection with me and professed their affection! Upon mentioning that I would block the number and potentially notify the authorities, they casually mentioned they would reach out via WhatsApp. Utterly unsettling!

Today, I received a rather questionable call from someone who claimed to be associated with Currys PC World, presenting me with what seemed like an unbelievable offer. Naturally, curiosity piqued, I decided to investigate the number he rang from, only to discover that it had no affiliation with any reputable entity. It quickly became apparent that I was, in fact, dealing with a scam artist.

On the 16th of May, 2022, at precisely 15:21, my phone rang from an unknown number. The caller identified themselves as being from DCT Communication. The line only rang for a couple of moments before disconnecting. My partner, curious about the call, decided to ring the number back. Upon doing so, they were greeted by someone on the other end claiming to be an agent from DCT Communication. I’ve got a strong hunch that this is a scam. Stay cautious!
