Got a call from a lovely sounding Indian woman saying she was from EE. I wasn’t in the mood, so I told her where to go and cut the call. My phone showed it might be a scam anyway. Loads of times I’ve had folks pretending to be from EE or Talk Talk ring me up. Why can’t they sort these dodgy numbers out? Surely there’s a way to make phone numbers safer so they can’t be spoofed. Guess I’ll just add this one to my growing blacklist.

I tried ringing back and it turned out to be DCT Communications, some call centre based in Pakistan but using a London number. Found it through a Google search and thought it might be Heart Radio at first, haha. Total spam, so my advice? Don't pick up and definitely don’t ring them back.
