We got one just yesterday too, same scam, so I’ve reported both straight to Amazon. We never pick up calls without letting them go to the answerphone first, so no chance of falling for it. My advice? If you need to get in touch with Amazon or any company, do it yourself through their official website or customer service number. Don’t click on any links in emails or press any buttons during suspicious calls, even if they sound urgent. Stay safe!
