Got a call from someone claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse about my phone and SIM deal. I wanted to know how they got my details, and they said they cooperate with all major phone companies. When I pressed for more info, the bloke just told me to do him a favour and basically told me to go away in a rude way. Brilliant customer service, eh?

So, I got a call from 01248248017 which seems connected to 01143560036, supposedly from Carphone, trying to sell me an iPhone 13. I said no thanks nicely, but then the caller, who spoke with a Pakistani Punjabi accent and called me Asian, started swearing and being really rude. Honestly, it’s disgraceful how these useless people talk like that.
