There’s only 2 posts laying out what you should do if you wanna put an end to all these dodgy foreign scammers ripping off vulnerable people’s cash and pestering everyone else. It’s a bit of a faff but I’ve done it myself, reporting scam calls and texts to the police database (lucky for me the link’s saved in my bookmarks). Sadly, it needs thousands of folks doing this before any real change happens, but every day loads of people report scam calls on here. You won’t see any quick results if you bother reporting, but if nobody bothers, these scams will just go on forever.

I got a call from Curry's Mobile asking about what phone I was using. When I asked where they got my number from, they said it was passed on by my mobile provider. But when I pressed which one, they couldn’t tell me and just said they work alongside EE, O2, and Vodafone.
