About half an hour ago, I got a call claiming they were selling me a Samsung Galaxy S21 and promised it'd be delivered by the next morning - which sounds way too quick to be true. I kept chatting just to see what they'd do and as soon as I wouldn’t share my bank info, they just hung up on me. So yeah, watch out for these lot because it’s definitely dodgy. SCAM ALERT, DON’T FALL FOR IT!

I got a call from an automated voice saying they’d been trying to reach me and that my internet was going to be disconnected in about 4 hours. It sounded dodgy to me, so I just blocked the number straight away. Definitely a scam if you ask me.

I got a call from 01248 248015, claiming to be from 02. They asked for my full address and date of birth supposedly for security checks but it all felt off. When I asked a few questions back, they got really rude and told me to basically get lost before hanging up on me. Also, the voice definitely didn’t sound like anyone from Bangor, Wales. Didn’t trust it one bit.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Santander bank fraud team, also said they worked for Carphone Warehouse. Told them to sod off cos it was clear they were scammers. Definitely not from Carphone Warehouse, so watch out and don’t believe them!

A guy with an accent I guess from around Asia called, said he's from Carphone Warehouse with some sort of deal to get a new phone and pay less on my contract. I played along and gave him fake details about my phone, provider and monthly cost. Then he said he was gonna patch me through to his manager. I just hung up. Later, another call came from a similar number but I just ignored it.
