Just received a rather dodgy call not long ago, claiming they could deliver a Samsung Galaxy S21 to my doorstep overnight. Quite the speedy service, isn’t it? I decided to entertain their pitch, but the moment they realised I was onto their ruse, they abruptly hung up. It's definitely a scam operation, especially when they baulked at my refusal to share any banking info. WATCH OUT, EVERYONE! THESE SCAMMERS ARE ON THE LOOSE!

I received a call from a chap with an accent reminiscent of the East, claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse. He mentioned a deal to help me snag a new phone at a lower rate on my current contract. When he inquired about which phone, provider, and the cost, I fibbed a bit. After that, he said he’d escalate the matter to his supervisor. I decided it was best to hang up.
