So again, i got a call from some bloke saying he’s my neighbourhood energy advisor, Chris or something. Every time he rings, I just hang up straight away without even listening. Feels like a total scam to me. These calls keep coming way too often, really annoying now.

I got a call about loft insulation but when I asked for a number to ring back, they just wouldn’t give one. If it was legit, surely they’d be able to have a proper chat and say who they are right from the start? Feels like a total scam to me. If it’s not, then honestly, that company shouldn’t even be operating. Had a very similar call from 01202137126 doing the exact same thing about six months back.

I really cant tell who it is since they never say anything when I pick up. They just ring and hang up, no message left either. They keep calling me like 4 or 5 times every week. Proper annoying!

I’m well aware not to pick up calls from 0120 numbers, but they keep ringing me up every couple of days using my number. It’s impossible to block them since the number changes just a little each time. Honestly, feels like this is never gonna end. I’m seriously thinking of tracking down their numbers and giving them a taste of their own medicine!

I got a call from a bloke claiming to be Simon, supposedly some "official energy supplier" or something like that. I told him, quite bluntly, where to shove it. Sounds like a scam or just another telemarketer. These numbers, and ones close to them, keep ringing me all the time.

I've been getting calls from this bloke 'Chris' claiming to be an energy advisor, but he never drops the scammy tone. When I try to ask where he’s calling from or who exactly he wants, he just ends the call. These annoying calls have been coming through for well over a year and a half now, and it’s wearing me down. Not sure who this number belongs to or anyone from Bournemouth area. The caller didn’t leave any message on our voicemail, so we just assumed it was some kind of scam. Even though our phone number is on the TPS list, we keep getting these annoying calls. That’s why we always keep our landline on answerphone mode.

I’ve had around 20 calls in the past month and a half from a similar number, always changing the last three digits a bit. Never picked up any of them since none left a message. Easy enough to just bin ’em. Every time I got a call from the 01202 area, I told them "your call can’t be taken" so they could tell me who they were or why they were calling. A bloke who said his name was Tom rang my landline, claiming my house was listed in some sort of database for poorly insulated homes. Funny thing is, I rent the place and don't handle any insulation at all. I tried having a chat with him, but he just kept going off a script. When I got a word in, I asked where he was calling from, and he said something called the 'Green Eco Centre'. Seems like dodgy telemarketing to me, or maybe even a scam - probably the latter considering he’s clearly not telling the truth.

This guy rang me a few times last week. I asked him when exactly he had been up in my loft checking the insulation, and he just hung up on me 🙄. On another occasion, I asked if he had actually broken into my house to peek into the loft, and again, he cut me off and ended the call.

Finally found where this scammer's based!

At least now we’ve got a clue where this con artist is hiding. That big fancy house of his makes sense, given he's been ripping folks off left and right!

This guy just relies on a computer that automatically dials every number in an area, even those not listed. It’s not complicated, but it’s really annoying. Honestly, the best thing to do is just hang up straight away on this nuisance scammer.
