Seems like there’s some confusion regarding the delays. I wasn’t aware that the property belonged to Grand Union. The landlord mentioned they’re affiliated with Grand Union and instructed me to reach out to them directly. Honestly, they came across as a bit insistent.

Got a couple of calls today from some energy-saving sales lot pushing loft insulation. They were pretty pushy and really cheeky, especially considering we're ex-directory. Told them firmly not to ring again, but no, they phoned back after just a few hours. Ended up cutting the call short. Felt like harrassment to me, and if they'd kept at it, I reckon it could’ve been seen as something dodgy, maybe even a scam, but not sure about that last bit.

I had a call from 01202143191, apparently from a chap named Alex at the Solar Centre. When I inquired about the reason for the call and mentioned that I’ve been registered with the TPS for quite a while now, he abruptly hung up on me. It’s shocking how these muppets keep pestering folks; there ought to be some accountability to put a halt to their unlawful tactics in Surrey.

I've been getting calls from this number in the Southampton region. They seem to ring every single day, and when I don't answer, the call just goes straight to voicemail where they promptly hang up. I received a couple of calls yesterday from 01202143182 and again today from 01202143191. It was someone claiming to be from the government, conducting inquiries about loft insulation issues. He mentioned, rather ominously, that certain types of insulation might be developing mould. The chap insisted that the government is on the verge of rolling out a 'free' insulation scheme, with only a fee for a representative to visit my home to assess the mould situation and determine my eligibility for this 'free' insulation. When I tried to return the call to the first number at around 6 PM last night, I was met with a recorded message saying, "This number is not connected". Throughout the calls, I chose to remain quiet and listened, then hung up without engaging.

I have a strong suspicion that this is an automated call. It rang me at 2:50 PM, and when I answered, a male voice responded with a casual "hello" after I coughed. I decided to throw a few words in Klingon his way, and surprisingly, he immediately ended the call. Quite bizarre, really!
