He said I paid my bills by direct debit, which is right, and asked if I'd got fed up with all these annoying calls, also true. Then he told me my debit card was about to expire soon. He asked me to grab my card and read out some details, which I definitely said no to. Honestly, he had so much info, I can see how some folk might fall for it.
