He seemed to know some stuff about me already but then asked me to say my bank’s name. I didn’t give him anything and he just ended the call. Just to be safe, I rang my bank straight away to cancel the card and request a new one. I also let BT know about the call, and they confirmed the number is one they’re aware of.
