10 yearsI received two calls from an Asian gentleman claiming to be from BT. He stated they were taking measures to eradicate nuisance calls. Oddly enough, he already had some of my personal details but asked me for the name of my bank. It didn't take me long to realise that this was dodgy, so I flatly declined to provide any information. He promptly ended the call after that. Quite the brazen attempt at a scam!BT10 yearsI received a call from a woman claiming to be Lisa Jackson, her voice had distinctly Asian tones. Strangely, she was privy to quite a bit of personal information, including the details of my debit card! She tried to coerce me into revealing the expiry date of my card, but thankfully, I firmly declined. To be on the safe side, I promptly contacted my bank and requested a new card. I also reported this unsettling call to BT, only to find out that they're already aware of this number. A word of caution for others - stay vigilant!Lisa JacksonBT10 yearsI recently received a rather unpleasant telephone call from an individual who identified himself as being from the telephone preference service. He rudely inquired whether I was experiencing unwanted calls. I paused for a moment, thought it over, and eventually replied in the affirmative. Moments later, the connection abruptly ended. Quite the odd encounter, indeed!10 yearsWhen I answered the call, there was complete silence on the other end. I decided to ring back, only to be greeted by a recorded message in an Eastern European accent, stating that the number wasn’t valid. Just another nuisance call, I suppose. At least it's not from someone in India for a change!India10 yearsSomebody rang claiming to be from Preferential Phone Service and started asking for my personal details. I didn’t share anything and they just ended the call.Submit Your Own Report (03 0639312)
