There are four distinct charges that show up, with two of them occurring at 11:35 on the 19th of February 2020 for a duration of 22 seconds each. The other pair appeared at 13:01 that same day, racking up 28 seconds. Quite baffling!

Got a voicemail from 0844 351 0709, some woman saying she was from HMRC and telling me to ring back straight away or have my solicitor do it about unpaid tax. She warned that if I didn’t reply, I could end up in prison. Tried calling the number back on my landline and it just kept ringing. Reported it to Action Fraud right away. Another mate at work got a nearly identical call that same day. It’s a really worrying message for anyone not on the lookout. Definitely worth reporting these sorts of calls.

The guy called himself Eric Foster and mentioned a serial number like 05 88 90 or something. He wanted my name and where I live. I just made up some info and told him, but then he hung up on me.

Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, claimed I was in trouble and needed to sort it quick. The voice sounded like some robotic woman. Definitely a scam.

I got a voicemail saying it was from HMRC and if me or my lawyer didn’t reply, there’d be legal action. Don’t trust this number, I rang it back and it seemed dodgy! Luckily a mate warned me it was a scam, otherwise who knows what could’ve happened. I’ve now blocked the number.

Just received a rather alarming phone call purporting to be from HMRC, insisting that I get a solicitor on standby and ring them back, or there would be dire repercussions. Honestly, I can't help but chuckle at the audacity of these fools! It’s quite amusing, really, considering how desperate they are to prey on others, particularly those who may be in a more precarious position. What a bunch of lowlifes, nothing but utter scoundrels!

This has gotta be one of those HMRC scams. I called them back and managed to keep them on the line for about 3 mins, then they just hung up on me. I've tried calling at least 14 times since, but eventually they just stop picking up. I'm gonna keep ringing until they block my number like they do with their dodgy mobile, lol.

I got a call from 08443510709 and honestly, just hang up straight away and block it. Don’t let these horrible people scare you, they’re out to steal your cash! Just block the number and forget about it. Nothing will happen to you, promise. No trustworthy company would leave a threatening message or ask for bank or personal info like that. If we all just shut them down, these pests won’t stand a chance!
