They ring me at all hours, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and honestly, I'm quite over it. I've stopped picking up the phone altogether.

As a charity focused on aiding children, the time wasted on these calls is quite concerning and could pose a risk if we were to miss a call from someone in need of our support. I had an utterly dreadful experience with a caller who was rather aggressive. He insisted I validate all my security information, but when I declined, he started swearing at me, telling me to sod off. He went on with some choice language before abruptly hanging up, threatening to add my number to a bunch of blacklists for irritating him. What a piece of work!
