Every day at exactly 10:40 in the morning and again at 15:40, this number seems to ring my phone. They insist that there's a PPI refund pending for me, yet the moment I ask them to send me a cheque via post, they abruptly hang up. We attempted to explain our situation and kindly asked to be removed from their automated calling system, but it appears they can’t or won't comply, and so the incessant calls persist. This daily disruption is incredibly irritating, completely derailing my focus during work and other tasks, and it leaves me feeling quite overwhelmed and stressed out.
