I didn't pick up but reading the bit about claiming for flights delayed more than 3 hours over the past 6 years is spot on. If your flight's been delayed that long or longer, you could be owed a fair bit of cash. Just look it up on Google. Also, I used to work in aviation, and it’s a legal rule under EU261.
