Today I rang Santander using a number I’m sure belongs to them, and they verified that the number mentioned is definitely theirs.

Got a voicemail from someone saying they were from Santander's fraud team and wanted to speak to our grown up daughter. They left a 3 digit code and asked her to ring back. We quickly looked up the number online, ended up on this site, so we’re just ignoring it now!
