I got a call saying there was suspicious activity on my credit card and that I needed to ring them back urgently.

On the 5th and 6th of July 2021, this number called me three times claiming to be from Laura Ashley credit card about some fraud they said they spotted. They wanted me to go over my account details which seemed quite fishy to me.

Got a voice message claiming to be from Lloyds bank fraud team, saying there’s been some strange stuff happening on my debit card. They told me to ring back and punch in some codes. It didn’t feel right at all, so I just ignored it and decided I’ll pop into the bank myself to check and sort it out properly.
