Had some dodgy charges popping up on my New Day credit card from Pulse Credit Card. Found three suspicious transactions that added up to more than £500. They quickly stopped the card from being used further and sorted out a replacement card for me straight away. Really thankful for how they handled it, very efficient. This number is definitely legit.

I get calls from them like every hour and it’s really frustrating because there’s no way to reach them back. They always throw out some random name along with the last 4 digits of a card and say they're from a fraud company called 'Pluse' or something like that.

I got multiple calls from this number around the time I had trouble paying with my card (don’t know if it’s connected). They said they were from the fraud department but never mentioned the company. They did know my full name and the last four digits of my card though. They wanted me to go through a bunch of questions, but I hung up when they asked what year I was born.

I always check calls like these, and the message they sent said something like: this is from the food safety department in your postal area, calling about... they got my first name right but the surname was wrong. They claimed they needed to confirm some recent charges on my credit card ending with ... and even asked for the CVV! Funny enough, I’d just cancelled that card after spotting a dodgy purchase on OnBuy.com. Bit of an odd coincidence, don’t you think?

I've had a couple of texts and a voicemail, all stating that my card was used for an Uber account on the 10th of May 2024. They’ve also attempted to ring me on this number. However, upon checking my Pulse card, it appears there were no transactions whatsoever. To add to it, there's no Uber available anywhere in my vicinity. The messages originated from the mobile number +447883317306. I'm starting to feel rather pestered by this situation.

I got a call from someone saying they were from Pulse Credit Card’s fraud team - seemed pretty genuine. Before the call, I’d got a text about a few purchases, but two out of three definitely weren’t mine. They rang me up, went through some more charges, then blocked my card right away and sent me a replacement. If you log into your online account, you can see if they’ve started issuing a new card. It’s worth answering, just to keep your money safe!

Got a missed call from this number earlier. Looked it up on the site and it turns out it's connected to the New Day (Pulse) credit card fraud team. When I rang them back, they told me there had been an attempted purchase of £119 at around 1:30 in the morning. Luckily, the transaction was stopped. Since it definitely wasn’t me trying to buy anything, they froze my card and said they’d send a new one with the same PIN through the post. Seems like a legit number to me.
