0333 338 102 total scam! They claim to be from THREE but are definitely not. Tried to get me to hand over my bank details saying it was for "security reasons", which is rubbish because Three would already have that info. I called Three myself and they said these calls have nothing to do with them. Also, the “too good to be true” deal they mentioned isn’t even a thing with Three. Pure scam!

This is definitely Three Mobile, even tho they stubbornly denied it at first. Once they saw I wasn't gonna drop it, they finally admitted it and took me off their marketing list, even tho I’d already said no to marketing. I’ve been bombarded for 6 weeks, loads of calls daily. Reported it to the ombudsman through Ofcom cos automated marketing calls have strict regs which Three clearly ain't following. Nearly 130,000 people have searched this number here alone, mad behaviour from such a big company like Three.

Hey everyone, that number belongs to Three’s customer support. I’ve never really had any issues when they've rung me. If you ring Three on 333, they might have to ring you back, and they usually use a number like 03333381021 or something close to that. Plus, after you get an upgrade, they’ll sometimes call from these numbers just to check if everything’s alright. I’ve got a Samsung with Nougat, and I’ve set my phone to screen calls through the Samsung settings - it even warns me if the call's likely to be a scam or dodgy.

Seems like its 3 mobile calling. Just hang up if you’re not into it and don’t bother calling back. But if you do want a new contract, just ring 333 - that’s the safer option. I marked this as harassing since they can be pretty persistent and maybe even risky, but I might be wrong.

This phone number called me twice today, once just after 9 in the morning and again just before 6 in the evening. The phone rung for about 5 seconds or a bit longer and then they hung up. It seems like they ended the call before it could get to voicemail. I’m thinking this caller is either a stranger or maybe even a bit annoying, since they didn’t bother to leave a message. If it was someone legit, they’d probably leave a message, right?

I just got off the phone with Three. That number is not actually them. They know about it and are checking into the issue. They've had lots of complaints about that number recently. They told me not to pick up or ring back since it’s a scam. It’s best to report it by dialing 333 straight from your phone so they can block it. The more people who let Three know, the sooner these annoying calls will be sorted.

loads of folks say 3 never call with offers, but they actually do! i've had calls from this number every now and then (and similar ones, usually the last one or two digits change). it's not a con. been with 3 for 10+ years and they often ring trying to pitch a new deal or an extra contract. i just tell them nicely i’m not up for it right now and leave it at that.

What a right nuisance! They’ve been ringing me two to three times a day throughout December. After a quiet January, they’ve come back with a vengeance. I've already received four calls today, including one on my landline! When I’ve picked up, they often just hang up without saying a word. Occasionally, there’s the background racket of a bustling call centre in India. And what’s puzzling is how they know I'm with Three - they even mention the phone I’ve got! If they’re aware that I'm tied into a contract, why on earth do they think I’d be tempted by their ludicrous offers? I’m not in the market for two phones! They even asked me to spread the word to my family and friends. I've had enough and blocked them, but I’m seriously considering blocking every single number that comes through now. They’re incredibly persistent and a proper pain!

Honestly, dont call them back, ive seen folks saying to ring back and try to opt-out but thats rubbish, it just tells them your number is live. You might not have fallen for the one where they pretend to be 3’s customer service trying to sell stuff, but once they know you’re there, you’ll probably get loads more calls from other scams - like being told you were in a crash or something similar. Avoid calling back at all costs.

Got a call about more phone contracts, just like others mentioned. I rang back, hit 2, then 1, and then 1 once more to make sure I wouldn't get any more calls from them. Seems to work.

They rang me, I told the bloke it was a scam and then they just hung up. DO NOT RING THEM BACK, loads of folks are saying to “press 2” or call the number again but it’s a trap. Just block the number straight away, or better yet, mess about with them a bit - wish I'd done that myself. Never ever confirm your name or share any details with anyone who phones you out of the blue. Got three calls from different numbers with fresh deals - definitely not one of those scams.

Just give them a call at 3. You’ll get an automated message. Hit 2, then press 1 two times to confirm. Once you choose 2, it tells you how to take your number off their list. Easy enough!

My phone showed it was spam or a scam, at least three times. When I tried ringing them back, they picked up and said sorry for the hold, but I never got put on hold in the first place. The service wasn’t as good as I usually get either. Then they asked for my full name, but I refused and told them to call me again from a secure number because I wasn’t sure if it was a scam or not.

I've been inundated with incessant cold calls from these dimwits! It’s become a daily annoyance, and honestly, what kind of existence is that? They should take a good, hard look at themselves and realize how ridiculous they are being. Honestly, get a grip, will you? If you find yourself getting calls from this number or any similar variations, do yourself a favour-don’t answer! All it does is motivate them further.

Gave me a bell on my mobile, said to hold on for a moment, then abruptly disconnected. I've come across some info suggesting it’s linked to 3 Mobile, which is my provider. If this carries on, I might just have to reconsider my options.

I kept getting calls with these supposed special deals. So I just called back, but it was one of those automated systems. You have to hit 2 to say no thanks, then press 1 to confirm it twice before they’ll stop. Quite a faff really.

Somebody called saying their name was (couldn't really catch it, sounded Asian) from Three. Asked if I wanted to switch my contract. Told them no, and they just ended the call.
