A really unfriendly woman named Rochelle phoned me claiming it was about a car accident I supposedly had where I wasn’t at fault. When I told her I don’t drive, she insisted I was a passenger. I told her I’ve never been involved in any accident but she kept going on about minor damage to my car. I explained again I don’t have a car or drive and then she just shouted at me saying I was a passenger and just hung up.

This week I got three calls from these "motor investigations" people. The first two times, I told them I hadn't had any accident, and they promised to remove me from their calling list. But then the third woman I spoke to got really nasty, saying she couldn’t take me off because of some kind of process she had to follow. I even told her I'd already talked to two of her mates who said they’d take me off, but she just kept repeating that they didn’t because of the process. She then started shouting at me and said she’d speak to me - which made me say she was being rude and I wasn’t happy with the way the call was going. After she yelled at me, I just hung up. Such a frustrating experience!

Then I told him to wait a bit as my fish just slipped out the back door. Eventually he tried to talk about the car crash I'd never had, so I said it was actually my cat that scratched and ruined my nice pricey shirt. There was a bit of silence, then he brought up the car crash again. I told him no, it wasn’t the car that tore the shirt, it was my cat. After that he just told me to f off and hung up!
