Got a robo call claiming to be from HMRC. Honestly, it felt more like a threat - they said something along the lines of “press 1 now or a warrant will be issued and you’ll get arrested soon.” Of course I didn’t bother pressing 1!

Today I got a call from this number, started off with a recorded message about some tax fraud case connected to me. When I replied with my name, they just ended the call right away. Quite strange if you ask me.

Got a call earlier from a recorded voice saying it was HMRC. The moment I heard it, I just ended the call straight away. Thought if it really was them, they’d ring back but so far I’ve had nothing.

Got a voicemail telling me there’s some criminal stuff and a warrant for my arrest - totally nonsense! It's beyond ridiculous. Honestly, something needs to be done to put a stop to these scammers once and for all!

I got a call out of the blue from a recorded voice telling me HMRC was looking into me and I had to ring the number they gave or I'd be in big trouble. Turns out it’s a scam - if you call them back, they’ll probably try to trick you into handing over your bank info and then steal your money. Watch out for this one!

I was utterly terrified when I received a call claiming there was a warrant for my arrest regarding tax evasion. They went on about how they could seize my house, car, and even my passport! It was such a dreadful experience, truly not something I’d wish on anyone.

Got a robocall claiming to be from HMRC saying I was being looked at for tax fraud and if I didn’t hit 1 I’d be arrested soon. Had a call like this before, last year, where they threatened to send bailiffs. I’ve never actually stayed on the phone, but I reckon they’re after your payment info or bank details. Don’t fall for their scare tactics - just report it to the police or HMRC right away.

I just had a rather alarming phone call supposedly from HMRC. The message insisted that I've been flagged for potential tax fraud and warned that unless I press 1 to speak with a Tax Officer, I could face arrest. It's all very dubious, to say the least!

Oh man, this is clearly a scam pretending to be HMRC, and honestly it’s really poorly done! HMRC definitely wouldn’t ring you up and then leave a message like that. It’s just so obvious it’s fake. These scammers are just dumb as bricks!

I received a voicemail from this number claiming to be from HMRC. It was in a robotic American accent, and it went something like this: "This is urgent, please ring us back. I’m Officer Rachel Scott with HM Revenue and Customs. You need to contact my department at 01 615 198 708. Once again, that’s 01 615 198 708. Do not ignore this message; you must reach out to us. If we don’t hear from you or your legal representative soon, prepare for possible legal actions." Honestly, it's mind-boggling how these fraudsters can continue their schemes. For some people, especially the vulnerable or elderly, this might create a sense of panic about being sued or arrested. It’s absolutely shameful! MAKE SURE TO BLOCK THIS NUMBER AT ONCE!

I just received a rather alarming voicemail from this number, claiming to be from HMRC. The message was delivered in a rather robotic American accent, stating: "You must return the call. The matter is utterly urgent. This is Officer Rachel Scott from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs. You can reach my department at 01 615 198 708. I repeat, that’s 01 615 198 708. It is crucial that you do not ignore this message and that you get in touch with us. Failure to respond, or not hearing from your legal representative, may lead to serious repercussions. Farewell and mind yourself." It's quite perplexing how these sorts of fraudsters continue to operate without repercussion. Think about people who might be particularly vulnerable, like the elderly-they could easily fall for such tactics and genuinely fear for their safety or financial stability. It’s thoroughly shameful.
