I got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC but it was clearly a scammer from India. I decided to humour him for a bit and he actually seemed to know all my personal info - my full name, where I live, even my date of birth. When I started questioning him, he turned aggressive and just cut the call off. Really worried about how they got all that info.

I have no clue who that number belongs to. If it really was something urgent, you'd expect them to have rung back by now or tried to get through again, especially since it’s been a good few hours.
