I got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC fraud dept. when I questioned them, they just hung up straight away. They did know my full name though. People who might be vulnerable really need to be warned about this and told to just put the phone down and contact HMRC themselves if they’re worried!!!

Rang HMRC and they said it’s definitely a scam. They only send letters, never ring up, and wouldn’t talk to you like that. Blocked the number straight away.
