Some stranger from the south of England kept ringing, so I just stopped picking up and blocked the number straight away.

They keep calling over and over throughout the day, and every time I pick up, it's just dead silence before they hang up. Blocking one number doesn’t help because they just switch to a different one. So annoying!

Got a call, sounded like someone from Asia, but they just stayed silent the whole time. Pretty sure it was a scam, so I just hung up and hope it doesn’t ring again.

They keep ringing non stop lately, had to block the number once more, so annoying!

when i used to be job hunting i got tons of calls from this number, but none would say anything and if you ring back its always silent or just says the number isn't in service. interestingly, once i got a job and removed my info from those job sites the calls suddenly stopped. now that i'm searching again, the calls are back out of nowhere. probably some weird connection there.

I got a call from this number saying I could get help from the government for my debts, which is rubbish since I don't owe anything. Seemed dodgy to me, so I've gone ahead and blocked the number. Definitely felt like some kind of scam.

I got an automated message left on my phone, so I rang them back. They said they were from HMRC and told me I hadn’t paid enough tax, even mentioned an old address. When I asked about data protection stuff, they just hung up. Now, they say they'll only talk to me if I call from a different number. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
