During my most recent conversation, I escalated it to a manager, who shockingly informed me that he wasn’t permitted to disclose the company registration number and couldn’t provide my policy number as it had “been lost." When I challenged him on this point, he claimed that policy numbers are erased once the policy expires, even though my supposed "policy" had not yet lapsed. It's completely obvious that this is a scam.
