Absolutely ignoring all OFCOM rules about cold calls. They rang me from 02079462026 even though I'm registered with TPS. The person on the phone couldn't tell me their address or company registration details.

Really annoying caller, wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. They claimed I told someone else from their team I’d had an accident. Hung up as soon as I mentioned wanting to speak to a supervisor. Said they were calling from London. Got another call from the same number just 25 minutes later. I reckon this is about the 30th time they’ve rang in the last few months. Usually I get two or three calls a day, a few times a week, sometimes even more often.

Some woman called, said her name was Laurie Mason and claimed she found my info on a Road Traffic Accident list - no idea how that’s possible? I told her to remove my number from their system, and she just said sorry and cut off straight away.

Some woman called me saying she was "Laurie Mason" from Pearl Help Profession, asking if I’d been in a car crash. She gave an address - 27 Old Gloucester Road, London, W1T, but I reckon that was made up. When I started asking her more stuff, she just hung up. Thing is, I’ve never even had a car, so no chance I was in an accident!

The other day, I picked up the phone, and after a bit of silence, a chap with an English accent came on the line claiming they were aware that I’d 'had an accident'. Very odd, I must say!
