Today, I had a phone call from this number, and the chap on the other end claimed to represent "Windows Support." He insisted that my computer had been infected with malware and other nasty software. When I found it all rather amusing and chuckled, the gentleman-sounded like he was from India-decided to hurl some disrespectful language my way before abruptly ending the conversation. It really worries me that there are elderly individuals out there who might fall prey to such scams, especially those who aren't particularly savvy with technology.

I received a rather aggressive phone call from a young lady who was probing me about a car crash I’ve supposedly been involved in. It’s quite peculiar, as I have neither owned a vehicle nor been in any kind of mishap. It felt as if she was deliberately trying to talk over me to prevent me from requesting her to remove my details from whatever list they have. Ultimately, she terminated the call.
