A chap rang me claiming to be from the tax office, talking about some sort of tax probe. I wasn’t having any of it, so I shot back, “How on earth am I meant to figure out who you are if you don’t even bother to share your name?” The fella had quite a distinctive Asian accent.

Nearly every day, I'm bombarded by these automated calls claiming to be from HM CUSTOMS. It's utterly infuriating! If only I had the know-how, I would definitely see to it that they faced the law!
