I had the displeasure of conversing with an exceedingly brusque individual from this number. After I voiced my concerns, he simply cut the line. When I tried to reach out again, I ended up speaking to someone who claimed to be a "manager". To my disbelief, they stated that they didn't possess an email address, and when I inquired about their physical location, I was told it was Manchester. After some persistence, I finally managed to acquire their complete address. Rest assured, I will be lodging a complaint regarding their unsolicited calls. They referred to themselves as The Review Team and absurdly claimed that I had a frozen pension, which is not the case at all. It’s high time these individuals faced some consequences for their actions... that's enough from me for now!
