Got a call today outta nowhere, and the person knew my full name. He said he was Dillon from O2 and claimed he wanted to give me a quote. I told him I wasn’t interested, and then he got a bit rude - like, “Why aren’t you interested if I haven’t even said anything yet?” I just told him he already said he was calling to give me a quote, and if I wanted one, I’d ask for it. I read somewhere that these are legit cold calls from O2 marketing if you connect to their Wi-Fi hotspot. Anyway, I’m gonna get in touch with O2 and ask them to stop using my info for marketing.

After that, they wanted to know if I was over 18, and I replied honestly that I wasn’t sure how old I was right now. The woman then snapped at me, like, “So you just don't know your age?” and then she just hung up on me.

Got a call from this number, said they were from o2. They even knew my first name and started asking about my phone contract.
