dodgy call pretending to be from ee, saying i was eligible for an upgrade. they asked for my personal info but never even got my name right. as soon as i told them i wasn't due one, they hung up fast, claiming they'd check the error and ring me back! total scam.

A recorded message greeted me with some spiel about how much they value my time, followed by a request to hold. It was at that moment I realised that I wasn’t interested in whatever it was they were selling, so I promptly ended the call.
