Got a call from this number but I have call barring active so it didn’t get through and no message was left either. After looking at the other comments, it’s clear this is one to steer clear of. Most of these scam calls seem to come from places like India or the surrounding areas, and UK call blocking rules don’t seem to apply to them. Honestly, they’re getting more and more of a nuisance.

Got a call from someone with a weird accent saying they were from the TPS. They rang me twice. Missed the first one, but I picked up the second time. I wasn't very polite, told them off, then ended the call and blocked the number. After that, I reported it to the police since I’m the Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator and have direct contact with our local Police Engagement Officer.

They've rang me a couple of times today alone, and last week it was loads - all from different phone numbers though. I agree with him, those annoying calls definitely came from their firm. Honestly, go ahead and swear at them if you want, but there’s this thing in Islam that if an innocent Muslim gets cursed, the curse comes right back to the person who said it. Just a heads-up.

I got a call from some guy saying he was from Windows tech support, saying I was a new client and there was something wrong with my computer. Thing is, I don’t own a computer or use Windows at all. The caller was a youngish Asian bloke, maybe 25 to 35 years old. I told him I’d recorded the call and threatened to take legal steps against him, which made him hang up pretty quickly. Definitely a scam. People should report these sorts of calls to the cops and maybe even get lawyers involved.
