This number has been ringing us an astonishing eight times a day! Fortunately, we've managed to set up a blocker, but honestly, it's incredibly irritating that folks have to deal with this sort of hassle.

They called me about 8 times on Saturday, but I just let the answer machine pick up and they ended the call. Then they rang again this morning. I didn’t even let them get a word in, just snapped back pretty harshly and they ended up hanging up on me.

I picked up the phone and spoke nicely at first. When I heard the busy background noise of a call centre, I told them straight away that I'm on the TPS list. They cut me off in a rude, loud way, almost shouting, saying that the protection only covers landline and national numbers. I told them I was well aware of that, didn't like how they were speaking to me and ended the call. That was the fourth time they'd called me today, and the only one I bothered to answer.

Every time I pick up this number, it’s just silent on the line. It's utterly maddening! I’ve been receiving calls from them as much as four to five times daily, even on Saturdays, but mercifully not on Sundays, thankfully. As someone with a disability, these relentless interruptions are becoming quite exasperating. Here we are at just past twenty minutes to two on a Saturday afternoon, and lo and behold, I’ve already had three calls today alone!

Some bloke called saying he was with the telephone preference service and wanted to upgrade my call blocking to stop telemarketers from local, national and even overseas numbers. When i told him that was rubbish and not doable, and that i work in data management so i know, he got really pushy. He kept on at me but i refused to give any details, though he claimed he already had them! So i told him well if thats the case then why bother talking to me at all? Ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
