I got a recorded voice saying it was from the court and that ignoring the message counts as contempt of court, with all sorts of threats after that. Loads of others have said it's pretending to be from places like Carphone Warehouse, National Insurance, HMRC, and the DVLA. Sounds like a proper scam to me.
