28th April 2022. I received a call from someone who insisted I’d won some sort of prize in a promotion. However, when I inquired about the company, she was rather vague and didn’t specify anything. Honestly, I couldn’t make heads or tails of what she was rambling on about; there was so much background noise it was nearly impossible to hear. I simply said, “No, thank you,” and ended the call.

I’m playing it cool, acting super interested to drag the call out and annoy them a bit. Seems like now it’s Indians running these scam calls instead of Nigerians.

I got some really bad attitude from 3 after I didn’t give them my info cause I wasn’t up for a sales pitch. They kept ringing back on different numbers, even faking being a manager. Worst thing is they went ahead and added a fee to my account. I asked for their complaint contact and ended up reporting it straight to 3. Proper sketchy behaviour.

There was this call from some warehouse place, couldn't catch the full name cause their end was super noisy. They were pushing hard for me to sign up for a phone contract, saying they'd cover whatever I owed on my current one. Not really sure if it's a proper scam or just some overly optimistic sales pitch, but either way, best to steer clear and not pick up. I've just put their number on my block list now.
