Got a recorded call saying my National Insurance was suspended and there’s a warrant for my arrest or something like that. Then they said I had to speak to a “representative” and gave a number to press. Total rubbish. These calls are seriously dodgy and should be blocked asap. Proper dangerous stuff.

Received a call purporting to be from Carphone Warehouse. The moment I inquired about the source of my number, they abruptly ended the conversation. Clearly a scam! I've now added them to my blocked list. 🚫

The call began with an autodialer tone. Then this guy with a thick Asian English accent said he was ringing from Carphone Warehouse. He started talking about some new contract deal, but honestly I couldn’t make out half of what he was saying. When I asked where he got my number from and told him I didn’t follow most of it, he just cut me off. I’ve never dealt with Carphone Warehouse before at all. Definitely a scam, I’ve blocked the number now.
