Got a call from a number I didn’t know and when I tried to find out who it was, there was nothing showing. Then I checked the 0126 part and found out it’s linked to scams! Definitely dodgy.

Today, I received a call from a phone number starting with 0###6###. The caller claimed to be sending bailiffs to collect fees for an alleged debt related to a cancelled time share contract at the Palm Beach Club in Tenerife. However, this contract was legally terminated many years ago when my wife was still alive. I confronted the male caller, firmly believing it to be a fraudulent call based on their use of a purchased ownership list. They attempted two calls, both of which I answered, and left a threatening voicemail on the third attempt which I chose not to answer. I want to warn others about these scam calls that aim to induce false claims and cause unnecessary worry. Please stay alert to such telephone fraud.

I received a call from Amazon at 9.### informing me that I had won a gift card. However, they claimed that I did not have an account and rudely accused me of lying. I ended the call and they have refused to answer any further calls.
