His reply? “Exactly, this is my job.” Honestly, I just wanted to tell him off big time for being so cheeky and bold.

A robotic voice said it was from the national insurance number office and warned me that if I ended the call at any time, it would be considered a crime by the magistrates court and I'd be arrested and put in jail. Then it told me to press 1 to talk to an advisor. I didn’t press anything or say a word, and after a bit they just cut off. If it was genuine, they would’ve kept asking me to press a button and tried to verify my identity or something. Definitely a scam.
