Some bloke with an accent rang me and started asking how I was. I said I was feeling rough as I’d just had surgery for bowel cancer, but when he asked for details, I told him I didn’t want to get into it. Then, out of the blue, he said, “Oh, it’s periods then? Well, just hang up!” I couldn’t believe it. If only I knew who he worked for, I’d definitely report him.
